Mr. Phillips is nationally recognized for his ability to execute on complex roofing projects. Working in the commercial roofing industry since 1985, Mr. Phillips completed some of southern California’s most high profile projects over the past ten years including: Broadcom Headquarters, Naval Medical Center San Diego, The Irvine Spectrum, ALCOA, Cambro Manufacturing, dozens of Target and Home Depot stores and Boeing.
In 2009, Mr. Phillips was recognized for his outstanding industry performance when he received the Superintendent of the Year Award at the annual National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) conference. At Red Pointe Roofing Mr. Phillips manages the company's production and customer service operations to ensure our high standards are met on every project, large or small. Mr. Phillips also works closely with our Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget. Also, Mr. Phillips serves on the company Leadership Committee with other senior managers to develop strategic initiatives relating to safety, operations, long term vision, employee benefits and recognition, and charitable contributions.
Mr. Perry has worked with Red Pointe team members since 2001. In addition, Mr. Phillips is a member of the Red Pointe Roofing Safety Committee with OSHA 30 certification and was the recipient of the company’s Peak Performer award in 2016.
