Mr. Kay started his career in the roofing industry in 1978 and since then has become one of the most respected and well known roofing professionals in Southern California. Mr. Kay's primary area of expertise is in steep-slope roofing project management and safety systems.
Over his career, Mr. Kay has held key executive management positions with some of the industry’s leading contractors where his responsibilities included overseeing a field staff of over 600 covering operations in nine states.
Mr. Kay is trusted and admired by his many customers which include: The Irvine Company, Western National Group, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers. Mr. Kay has served on the board of directors for the Roofing Contractors Association of Southern California (RCA) and OSHA and is a licensed California roofing contractor (C-39).
Mr. Kay has worked with the Red Pointe Roofing team members since 1993 and is a member of the Red Pointe Roofing Safety Committee with OSHA 30 certification.
