Ms. Carniello has over 30 years of accounting, financial reporting and compliance experience. Ms. Carniello began her professional career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in New York City. Upon relocating to Southern California, she entered the field of public accounting and gained extensive experience in the accounting, audit and tax areas.
In 1995, Ms. Carniello joined her then client, LBA Realty (“LBA”) as their Controller and was instrumental in building the accounting department of LBA. During her eleven years there she was responsible for supervising the financial and management reporting for all LBA portfolio properties and directing all corporate accounting, audit and tax matters.
Ms. Carniello’s experience in asset management, property management, corporate and broker-dealer accounting and construction accounting give her a unique perspective into various reporting needs. At Red Pointe Roofing Ms. Carniello prepares detailed monthly financial statements and ensures the company's internal accounting system complies with GAAP principles.
Ms. Carniello received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo and passed the Uniform certified Public Accountancy exam and is certified in the state of California. Ms. Carniello has been with Red Pointe Roofing since its founding in 2013.
